*the cottage accommodates up to 2 extra people by utilising the double bed sized daybed in the lounge area.

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable upon arrival at the cottage.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to rebook the cottage following a cancellation, and to protect ourselves from potential considerable loss of income over the course of the year,
we have established a non-refundable deposit policy.
